12 weeks to Ultimate Health

This program uniquely draws together all the components that will help you to achieve your goals:   

  • It is run by a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer
  • We all have different needs, so you receive personal coaching in addition to group support
  • It is built on a healthy balanced diet
  • Nutrition & health education: The program teaches the secrets of good nutrition, weight loss, anti-ageing, balancing hormones and includes many more interesting topics
  • It is designed to help you lose weight but also to improve your health, mood, fitness and energy levels. 

What does the program include?


·         Health or nutrition topic (such as Digestive Health, Food for the Brain) with accompanying notes with a per

·         Group sessions with a personal trainer, helping you to reach your fitness goals, no matter how large or small 

·         Recipes and new foods to try

·         Small group size (max. 15) to ensure high levels of attention and support

·         Email and phone support to help you stay motivated   

During the 1 ¼hr sessions you will alternate weekly between a  health/nutrition workshop and a group activity session with fitness coaching. The sessions will also involve some group work to discuss progress, goals and habits.


The 12 week course is priced at £45 per month, or pay up front for £119
